Developers of the housing project announced that the open forms of Globiz Avenue were to be deposited into the head office of housing project by January 31, 2018. After this deadline, all the open forms were declared null and void and developers of the project announced that they are no longer responsible for late submission. Plot Booking was considered cancelled for the open form holders who failed to submit those forms into Globiz Avenue Head office located in Lahore.
Currently, the development process is being carried out at satisfactory pace in Globiz Avenue.
