Naval Anchorage Gwadar GDA approved NOC number is 82/17/HS/GDA. According to the advertisement published in leading dailies, Naval Anchorage Gwadar will be located near Zero Point of Gwadar City on a junction between Rakshan Avneune and Coastal Highway. Kings Park Gwadar and Globiz Avenue 4 will be located on either side of this housing scheme. Gwadar International Airport and Balochistan Secretariat will be at a drive of 5 minute from current location of this project.
After running dealer quota for sometime for Naval Anchorage Gwadar plots, an open booking was launched by Pakistan Navy for their grand housing project. Following category of plots were made available for booking

Application forms for Naval Anchorage were submitted in the months of August and September 2017. There were different categories of customers mentioned in the application form. Each category was supposed to have separate quota of plots. List included:
Balloting was held on December 5, 2017 in Bahria Auditorium Karachi. All the applicants had to wait for 2 months for the balloting. Balloting results were uploaded on the official website of Naval Anchorage Gwadar and applicants were able to check only the status of their own booking application with help of their CNIC number.
Naval Anchorage Gwadar management uploaded balloting results on their official website at 12:01 pm, December 7, 2017. All the successful applicants also received a confirmation SMS as well from Pakistan Navy, congratulating them for getting a plot in the housing scheme.
Succession letters containing information about the next procedure for successful applicants were also dispatched to their respective mailing addresses. The details included schedule of down payment and installments, required documents for submission and bank details for depositing dues. For overseas applicants, the information (succession) letters were forwarded to their email ids.
Plots were offered along with 3-year payment plan equally divided into 12 quarterly installments. In case, you decided to pay full price after balloting, you would have received 10% waiver in the price of your plot. Payment plan for each plot category is mentioned below:

Pakistan Navy Benevolent Association is a welfare organization working for employees of Naval armed services. This organization has already successfully launched Naval Anchorage project in Islamabad and Naval Farm Houses in Islamabad Zone 4.
The Groundbreaking ceremony for Naval Anchorage Gwadar was held on February 28, 2018 on site of Naval Anchorage Gwadar near Zero Point, 20 Km from Gwadar Port. All concerned plot file owners and investors who wanted to be part of the ceremony at groundbreaking ceremony were asked to register themselves following due course and procedure by contacting Pakistan Navy offices/helpline.
Initially, the deadline for submission of down payment was January 31, 2018. Upon receiving a number of requests from plot file owners, management of Naval Anchorage Gwadar extended the deadline for installment submission till February 15, 2018. However, administration clarified that it won’t extend any further.
