Bahria Orchard Phase 4 Development Has Been Started

Bahria Town announced a new project by the name of Bahria Orchard Phase 4, located on main Raiwind Road opposite to Bahria Orchard Phase 1 and 2, on 18th jan 2017 Mr. Shahid Qureshi country manager of Bahria Town officially launched this project in a ceremony at Bahria Grand Hotel.

10 Marla and 1 Kanal were introduced in residential category, 5 and 8 marla were offered in commercial category. Bahria has already moved heavy machinery on the site which is working on very fast pace to insure prompt delivery of this project. Mr. Shahid Qureshi announced that this project will be fully developed in 6-8 months.

Bahria has also planned to develop Night Safari Park which has not been offered by Bahria Town Lahore in any other project in Lahore. Bahria is also planned to connect phase 1 and 2 with phase 4 through a bridged which will be similar to London bridged.
