Development work on Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop 3 to Begin Soon

The development work of Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop 3 (SL-3) is about to begin soon. Its development will benefit the residents and will also boost the value of nearby societies. CM Buzdar has approved the commencement of work on the project. The Lahore Ring Road Authority and the NLC will sign an agreement this month, and the construction work will be completed in twelve months.

According to the latest details, a special meeting of the Lahore Ring Road Authority was held under the chairmanship of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar. The meeting participants were Advisor Dr. Salman Shah, Chief Secretary Punjab, Chairman Planning and Development, Secretary Finance, Commissioner Lahore, and other officials.

Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop 3 – Development Details

The third section of LRR Southern Loop will connect Raiwind Road to Multan Road via passing route to Bahria Town Lahore. The total length of this route will be around 8 km. Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop 3 will be built as well as will operate by NLC.

Ring Road Southern Loop 3 will be constructed having six-lanes the same as motorways. It will be completed in the next 12 months, reducing traffic congestion inside the city and facilitating external traffic.

The Chief Minister of Punjab has also directed to complete the preparation of Lahore Southern Loop four.

 Lahore Ring Road SL-3 and Bahria Town Lahore

The speedy development and on-time completion of Lahore Ring Road SL-3 is great news for Bahria Town Lahore as SL 3 Route will be passing through it in the next 12 months.

As per the proposed plan, Lahore Ring Road SL-3 in Bahria Town Lahore will start from Golf View Residencia (GVR) Phase 1 to Phase 4. Then it will move towards Jinnah Block and onwards Rafi Block, and after this, it will head to Jenifer Block. Finally, it will go through the backside of Talha Block towards NFC Phase 2, where an interchange will be developed.

Societies in the Surrounded of Lahore Ring Road SL-3 Route

Not only will this route give easy access to residents towards distant places. But it will also benefit nearby housing societies. Once it develops, it will benefit the Bahria Town Lahore, NFC Phase 2, Superior Housing Society, Sukh Chain, Al-Kabir Town Phase 1, Canal Garden, and New Lahore City.
