Still booking is open for Kings Park Gwadar plots at the old prices till 10th of March and it’s wonderful opportunity for buyers. Those who want to avail this golden chance can submit their open application forms at old prices by the mentioned date after which no booking form will be accepted at the old prices.

New Prices to be Applicable after 10th March in Kings Park Gwadar

After the aforementioned date, new prices of Kings Park Gwadar plots will become applicable which are still to be released. At this moment, we have no clue about this increment in plot prices and its percentage with respect to residential or commercial plots. Most probably the plots prices will marginally increase here at a set ratio (percentage) to keep it affordable and in range of buyers.
