LDA City Lahore Commercial Plots – Booking, Prices, and Payment Plan

Prices

The plots prices of these new commercials are yet to be disclosed. However, as per the latest details, LDA is offering commercial plots at 26 lacs per Marla. Also, there are 5 lacs per Marla development charges. So, the total price of a Marla will cost you 31 lacs per Marla. Therefore, the minimum prices of the commercial plot in this new deal are 1.55 crores.

Booking

LDA City Lahore commercial plots bookings are started. Anyone interested can easily apply for his desire commercial plots by submitting his application with an application fee (non-refundable). All these commercials will be allotted through computerized balloting.

The non-refundable application fees for the commercial plots are:

• 10,000 for up to 8 Marla
• 15,000 for 8 to 15 Marla
• 20,000 for more than 15 Marla

Also, there is no rustication of a single application so that anyone can submit multiple applications against his CNIC.

Payment Plan

Once the applicant gets successful, he will need to pay the 20% down payment of the plots within 30 days of balloting results. However, 80% of the remaining amount will be payable in 2 years’ easy installments.
