The latest prices of 125 sq yards plots in Precinct 61, Precinct 62, and Precinct 63 are around 12 – 15 lacs. The residential plots of 250 sq yards are available in the price range of 18 lacs to 22 lacs.  The plots of 500 sq yards will cost you between 30 lacs to 35 lacs.

The prices of these plots are low. So, basically, it is the lowest prices investment in Bahria Town Karachi. You cannot find a plot of 125 sq yards in the price bracket of 12 lacs anywhere in Bahria Town.

Currently, the prices are low because of less development. But once the development work completes, plots prices will increase to double, hopefully, equal to other plots of Bahria Town.

Why Hold These Plots?

Plots of Precinct 61, 62, and 63 are suggested to hold because these plots have huge investment potential. However, if you have some patience for at least 4 – 5 years, these plots will surely benefit you much more.

These plots are located close to Bahria Greens, where the development work is going on smoothly. Once the possession of Bahria Greens is announced (hopefully in 2 years), the prices of plots in Precinct 61, 62, and 63 will also increase.

Another major reason to hold these plots is the expected new entrance of Bahria Town. Yes, the second main entrance of Bahria Town Karachi is planned close to Bahria Greens. Surely, this will impact the plots of Precincts 61, 62, and 63 positively.
