Non-refundable amount to be paid for applying for 10 Marla plot is PKR 7,000. The total price of 10 Marla plots is 44 lac. The down payment of 10 Marla residential plots is PKR 4 lac 40,000 while the remaining will be cleared in 12 quarterly installments.

Non-refundable amount to be paid for applying for 1 Kanal plots is Rs. 14,000. The total price of 1 Kanal plot is 74 lac. The down payment is 10% of the complete payment.

Non-refundable amount to be paid for applying for 2 Kanal plots is Rs. 25,000. The total price of 2 Kanal plots is PKR 1.40 Crore.

Non-refundable processing fee for applying for 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots is Rs. 30,000 and PKR 40,000. The total prices of 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots are 2.25 crore and 4.25 crore respectively.
