Jinnah Block Map Changes – Future of 5 Marla Plot Holders

Recently development started in the lower half (non developed area) of Jinnah Block Bahria Town Lahore. It came with some significant changes as few 5 Marla plots now have been replaced with 10 Marla and 1 Kanal cutting as per new map of Jinnah Block. In this modification, 40.53 kanal area which was reserved for park alongside 80 ft wide main Jinnah Avenue has been replaced by these new cuttings. Moreover, a few 10 Marla plots have taken place of previously existing 5 Marla plots towards the edge of the block (Lahore Ring Road SL3 Side). The management of Bahria Town will have to compensate these plot holders at any other place but not much detail have been disclosed yet.

Future Placement of Jinnah Block 5 Marla Plots

Since this development surfaced, everybody is curious to know that where these plots will get place in Bahria Town Lahore. Now it has been heard in the circles that these plots might be shifted to Tipu Extension or any other new deal Bahria Town may launch in future. Nothing has been finalized so far by Bahria Town and the concerned ones are more interested to get the official confirmation. Till then many speculations will do rounds and we will keep you posted with the final decision regarding these plots.

Sector F Affectees to Get Plots in Jinnah Block

Sector F affectees are more likely to be compensated with the induction of two new categories in Jinnah Block. Already Bahria Town management had accommodated them in Tauheed Block and now most probably the alteration in map of Jinnah Block has taken place for these people. However, we will have to wait for the official announcement from Bahria Town administration in this regard. Bahria Town will take some time for this decision after going through thorough consultation and taking all stake holders on board.
