Park Avenue Housing Scheme Lahore – Plots & Payment Plan
Park Avenue Housing Scheme is being transformed as one of the ideal places to live in with rapid development work. Park Avenue Housing Society Homes
Park Avenue Housing Scheme has signed an agreement with Dubai based construction company Time Square Builders to launch affordable homes. According to the agreement, 500 houses of 5 Marla, 8 Marla and 10 Marla in line with modern infrastructure will be constructed in the society. The building company is about to start their work on ground and it will be located near to Main Boulevard.
School Campus and Hospital
As per reports, University of Lahore’s School Campus will be developed in this society. A hospital of 500-beds is also in the plans for this project. The groundbreaking ceremony for the above mentioned major development will take place soon on site.
