Two of the most prominent features of this project are “Smart, Eco-Friendly, and Self-Sustainable Housing project in Pakistan.”

This society is developing at a satisfactory pace without making any compromise on quality. The development work is going on in Overseas Block, Executive Block, and few other blocks in Overseas District 1. The possession of properties in these blocks is expected by the next two years or so.

Despite being the expensive housing society on Chakri Road compared to other nearby housing projects, it has rendered good returns to investors. Moreover, Capital Smart City has to potential to return more in the future.
