Bahria Town Karachi – Final Notice
Bahria Town Karachi is sending out messages to the owners of ready for possession properties. This is the last/final message of Bahria Town to all such owners who have not yet applied for possession of their properties. They are requested to take immediate action by the 31st of December 2019.
According to the received messages, Bahria Town Karachi has requested the owners to apply for possession by or before 31st of December 2019 otherwise Bahria Town will charge the non-utilization charges of 100,000/- per month.
This message is forwarded and applies to all the properties that are ready for possession including the homes/villas, plots, as well as apartments in Bahria Town Karachi.

Authority Letter on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper is required in case if the owner cannot visit himself/herself. CNIC and Photograph of the authority holder is also must for verification.
