It will feature 2500 sq yards plots only for commercial, mixed-use buildings. Ground +30 elevation will be allowed on these plots which will house brand outlets, corporate offices, apartments and more.

Central Park Commercial Plot Price & Payment Plan

Most probably these 2500 sq yards plots will be available on installment plan. It will be launched at a total price of Rs. 32 crore. Out this total price, Rs. 6.5 crore will be downpayment while remaining amount will be adjusted in installments. However, at this pre-launch time not much detail has been disclosed about complete payment plan. We will update you as soon as any official information is received in this regard.
