The booking of properties was started on booking forms that are available at the fixed price of 16,500/-. The 10,000 of that amounts are refundable within the 60 to 90 days of balloting.

ARY Laguna Karachi – Crystal Clear Process

For the first time in Pakistan, such a luxurious development offers properties on the easy installment plan of 5 years. 5% token will be payable (pre-ballot), 5% down payment on successful balloting, 10% upon allotment, and 10% will be the 1^st Installment (10 months from balloting). Also, there will be a 1% per month installment, and 20% will be payable on completion.
