ARY Group and Bahria Town (Pvt.) Ltd. have signed a mutual agreement to build a new gated housing community ARY Residencia within Bahria Town Karachi. A formal ceremony in this regard took place in Dubai in the presence of Chairman Bahria Town Malik Riaz. Haji Iqbal (Chairman ARY Group) and Shahid Mehmood Qureshi (Country Head, Bahria Town) signed the agreement representing each side. Both officials and Malik Riaz (Chairman Bahria Town) expressed their viewpoint about this new venture at the occasion. They also vowed to develop and complete the project by highest living standards.

As per official information quoted by ARY News, ARY Residencia would be a gated housing society comprising of 300 villas. Apart from housing, a school, a mosque and a hospital will be part of this project. Above all, an international cricket stadium having capacity of 50,000 is also in its initial plan as both ARY Group and Bahria Town wants to see international cricket in Karachi as well.
