Right after the celebrations of Eid-ul-Fitr, Bahria Town Karachi brings up good news again for its customers as promised. The management of Bahria Town Karachi had announced to conduct balloting of remaining un-balloted Bahria Homes around Eid-ul-Fitr. They have stood by their words and they are done with the balloting of Bahria Homes (un-balloted) recently. Now you can get your Bahria Homes ballot results by following a set procedure. Like May 2018 balloting of 125 sq. yards plots, Bahria Town Karachi management has not posted results online.

All those customers who were waiting to get allotment number of their un-balloted Bahria Homes, the wait is over now. Bahria Homes Karachi balloting results can be collected now and it includes both categories 125 sq. yards homes and 200 sq. yards homes. The procedure to get the result is being explained below for the understanding of Bahria Town Karachi customers. It includes both cases, if the original owner is available himself/herself or someone else has to get it on their behalf.

Procedure to Collect Bahria Homes Karachi Balloting Results

• The applicant (original owner) will have to visit any of Bahria Town Offices (Karachi, Rawalpindi, Lahore) with his/her original ID Card and should proceed to Operations Department to get results.
• If original owner cannot visit Bahria Office himself/herself, then he/she can authorize any person on their behalf to collect results with the following documents.
• Attested Copy of CNIC of Original Owner
• Original and Copy of CNIC of the Authorized Person collecting the results on the behalf of owner
• Authority letter of customer on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper on which owner has endorsed authorization to collect on his behalf. The specimen for this authorization letter is given below.
