DHA Bahawalpur Invites EOI for Development of Special Projects

DHA Bahawalpur has expedited the development work on site and now taking this process ahead with the participation of private developers. Being a mega-scale project, it features large commercial zones, recreational facilities and public amenities. Now, the management wants to utilize private sector expertise for the fast track development of its special projects in recreational and commercial domain. These special projects have been identified and marked alongside its 250 ft and 150 ft wide main boulevards and development to start there soon. In this regard, Director Planning & Development DHA Bahawalpur has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification from local and international development firms through a newspaper advertisement.

• 40-Acre Theme Park (Amusement & Water Park along the Canal)
• 5-Star Hotel & Development of Mix-use Building
• Entertainment Zone (Cineplex’s Fun City, Gaming Area etc)
• Food Enclave (Restaurants, Food Courts, Cafes etc)
• Marquee Park
• 250 Acre Golf Community (18-Hole Golf Course with Golf & Country Club and Residential)
• Schools (Primary & Secondary Education)
• 300-350 Beds Hospital

Last Date of Submission of EOI

For each DHA Bahawalpur Special Project mentioned above, Expression of Interest should be submitted separately with all requisite details and relevant documents by 5th March, 2018.

Required Details and Documents to be Submitted by Developers

The developing firms interested to submit EOI should attached following details and documents.

• Name, Address, Legal Status and Years of Operation of the Firms/Consortia
• Company Profile with General Experience in Local/International Project
• Details of Capability & Specific Experience in Similar Development Projects
• Organizational Structure along with CVs of Directors/Partners and Key Experts
• Memorandum of Article of Association/ Partnership Deed
• Audited Financial Statements of Past 3 Years, NTN & Bank Certificates
• Proposed Participation Arrangement
• Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted or has not litigation history

Short-listing and Other Details

The details of the mode of development and financial structuring will be outlined at the proposal stage in accordance with specific requirement and objectives of each project. Only short-listed firms/consortia will be invited for presentation of Development Proposals for these special projects.
