Precinct 23A is the new addition in Bahria Town Karachi after balloting of Bahria Homes/Villas of 125 sq. yards and 200 sq. yards. Recently new precincts were added in Bahria Town Karachi after the balloting of 125 sq. yards plots a month ago. Bahria Homes/Villas holders who kept these files for long have been allotted their properties in this new precinct. Since then, all concerned are curious to know about the map and location of this precinct. Bahria Town Karachi has not officially released its map but location map (proposed) is out to know about its positioning.
Precinct 23A Map
Bahria Town Karachi has not released Precinct 23A high-resolution map so far, but some pictures are out indicating its location. One can have a fair idea about the location of subjected Precinct 23A and its surroundings. The official high quality map will be available very soon and it will be updated in our map section.
Precinct 23A Location
Like previous inductions of new precincts, initially we had thought it would be near Precinct 23 and it proved true. Precinct 23A will be located alongside Precinct 23 and just upside of Precinct 25A and Precinct 26A. From the other side, Precinct 37 is also near to this latest addition.
Precinct 23A Development
The development of Precinct 23A has not been started yet and it will take some time build and construct these villas. Hopefully working will start here in next few weeks and those who have been allotted their homes here will have to wait for some time.

Currently, prices are very much reasonable for Bahria Homes/Villas which are not on ground at the moment.

Recommendation for Buying/Selling
Those who are eyeing on long-term investment must buy these villas which are available at reasonable price. They can wait for its development and in the end can keep it for living and residency as well. For current owners who already have waited for too long, are suggested to sell it when they get reasonable amount for it. It won’t be a wise decision to keep it again for more years.
